We have a new clinic location in Te Anau and are now based at the Te Anau Wellness Hub at 188 Milford Road.

Our massage therapist Isolde is traning hard at present for Hyrox Paris 2026- have you heard of it??![]()

Hyrox is a global fitness racing sport combining 8 km of running with eight functional strength stations, designed to be accessible for all fitness levels. Held indoors, participants complete a 1 km run followed by one workout station, repeating this sequence eight times. Wow go Isolde!![]()
